I had to extend the time of my delivery (without extending the number of days). At first, they were okay with it, but when the car was picked-up, the personnel asked us to pay him cash for one more day. Moreover, despite filling fuel close to 30 Euros, the fuel meter wouldn't change, and therefore, we landed up paying extra cash to match the apparent lack of fuel. Finally after a few angry words from the owner, we didn't pay the cash for the extra day, but left with a bit of a sour experience.

The principle full-full is much better than empty-empty for the petrol. Actually, this is the first time I should follow empty-empty. For me it was quite inconvenienced last day - will I have enough petrol.

The customer service was great - we loved the flexibility and being met with the car and being able to leave the car at the airport. When we had issues with the car, they graciously exchanged it out for another car. However! The car that was provided was not functional (no working AC in a hot country!) and was not according to what I ordered on the website (the website said New!!) - it was in fact, extremely dusty inside with 65,000 miles on it.
