We agreed on a price in the contract, and right after the flight I wasn’t fully focused, and the representative charged me 20 euros more.
I wrote to the agency, and the reply was a generic message stating that they received the agreed amount from the representative.
When I clarified that I am absolutely sure about the amount I gave him, the response was that this is what he claimed – as if I’m trying to gain those 20 euros dishonestly.
The attitude was not courteous, and that’s why
