We did rent a FIAT 500 convertible. The issue was the transmission working poorly and the radio turning on and off by itself. The car was relatively clean but for the driving it was probably the worst of the 3 rentals we had during our stay of two weeks in Greece. We do expect the mecanic A1 when renting. Out of that, the representative that delivered the car to the hotel was very kind and efficient.

Arranged for me to pick up the night before, identified dings and dents before I drove off and then arranged to pick up the rental at my hotel.

It all went well.
1- I did not want a Diesel
2- it was in old condition
3- parking at airport was quite far away and dirty, hard to roll suitcases over the bumpy gravel street.
It would be better to have a pick-up and drop-off area (office with parking) right at the airport.
