They contacted me before arrival and waited for me at the airport. Pick-up was prompt and easy.

It was kinda ok, I was waited at the airport by staff, he was kind of cool but left us so fast, it was not obvious where to leave the car. The car had some strange noises, phone holder would have been useful, breaks and exhaustion system had strange noises.
