The car I received had back seat belt not working but the car was replaced literally within minutes and everything worked fine. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The pick up at the port of Santorini was a bit chaotic due to the crowd, the buses, the many agencies.....it took me several minutes to find the person of the agency, and a bit of stress. But once I found him everything was fine, the guy was excellent
The car was not as clean as it should have been and the child seat was not the one I requested.
