The Wheels tire is out of pressure and the car is not in good condition (check engine light symbol shown on car). Suggested to make sure the car is in good condition before handover so that we can have a safety ride in the car.
Seats cannot be adjusted and the air con is faulty on the driver side.
GPS is not usable as the location cannot be located.
Location of pick up point was not stated clearly. (Am not sure where to meet up with the staff)
Everything went completely fine, no problems with picking up or returning the car, laid back and kind attitude to the clients. All the rules was clearly described and we have also received some basic tips about driving/parking and places worth visiting.

Pickup at the airport, drop off at the ferry port and everything in between was great. Would certainly recommend and rent from again.
