I was very pleased about this reservation.
Drop off was not easy. I had to find a parking spot in a very busy airport parking and no one was there to help. We where told that would be the case when we picked up the car but not before that. This part of the service could improve a lot. Other than that very satisfied.
I received the car with almost empty fuel tank. I prefer the other way: I get the car full and I have to give it back full.
I lost some money because I left much more fuel in the car. This is a bad policy. Car rental company should change this.
My experiencie was good, but this kind of car is not enought for this island, we needed more power.
