Great experience, no fuss, great car at a good price I def recommend and I will def use CRX when I return to Santorini !
Everything was fine until I returned the vehicle. They were busy and didn't have anyone come to the ferry port to pick up the vehicle. They had me leave the vehicle there. They claim there were damages to the vehicle. I've been trying to contact them to obtain a closed rental agreement to submit to my credit card insurance company but have not had any luck. I hope maybe your company could help me with that.
I rented a small car on WWW. Santorini Car Rental asked me a small, non-compulsory deposit, which I agreed to pay. The renter was waiting for me at Santorini Port, as per agreement. We made the contract at a coffee-shop, and I paid by cash as the fare was small. He gave us the indication to find the car in a small park, near the port, and the indication on how to return it on the day after. Car was in excellent condition and with a sufficient amount of fuel to reach the nearest gas station.
