When I pick up/drop out the car, the guy was always on time.
Really great experience and they made the pickup and drop-off very easy. The car had some transmission issue that need work, but otherwise it was really great and great pricing!

The only negative comment would be that I requested that because of unavailable parking in congested Santorini I did not want to have to park the car in the lot to be picked up at a later time so I would not have to worry about finding a parking place. When I called the agent to meet me for the return at the lot, he said he could not meet me and it just leave the car in the lot with the key under the mat. Luckily I found a parking place and left the car for him.
