Originally reserved vehicle was not available. Got a fast reply about this and was happy that another car of similar class was provided.

Everything went really well!
The car pick-up and drop off were quick and easy. Car itself was basic, but fine for what we needed (and very cheap on fuel). Agency had accidentally overcharged but were very quick and efficient in ensuring the issue was corrected.

I am really pleased with the car rental service ... everything was great from online booking to car restitution ... the staff at delivery was really very nice and also gave us some good advice on the places to visit and where to eat something typical Greek food ... I would recommend at all Santorini Car Rental and when I'm back I will definitely be delighted to be your customer again. Alessandro
It wasn't a bad experience, my only issue is that the person was in a rush to give me the car and leave and the returning instructions were really poor (I had to park it somewhere near the airport ... and there was barely any space). Also the battery on the car must be very old and needs changing soon. Overall good value for money though.
