Made an easy online reservation Just 10h before the rental. Staff was waiting and handed over the car. I was offered an automatic instead of manual Upgrade for free.

Very good service. The car was brought to the hotel as agreed and on time. Very friendly staff with good explanations and advice on driving around. No extra charge for the car return at the port which was really easy and convenient.
Everything went smoothly and the value was great. Only the attempted upselling of insurance was slightly uncomfortable.
