Firstly, wrote wrong name. Need to call the rental company and reconfirmed with them. The staff came back and start arguing and scolded me instead. Then They quoted me with a GPS payment of 8 euro per day. However I didn’t receive any GPS devices. Told the rental agency that I didn’t receive any GPS and to waive off the GPS payment. However they still charged it under my credit card.
We replaced the car and everything went smoothly!
Everything was great exept mat the knowledge about Third party insurance that should be note clear. Thank you

Flexibles con el horario de recogida y entrega un trato macnifico,puedes solicitar que te lo lleven al hotel donde eatas alojado y te lo llevan sin problemas y lo recogen alli tambien
