It was not clear enough that insurance was not included in the offer price.
Niko was very helpful, he give us plenty of details and recommendations about the key points of Santorini.
The staff is neither polite nor patient. I need some time to accustom to the car which is new to me but he displayed his annoyance. The car is only 1/4 fuelled which is not satisfactory as we are not familiar with the location of gas station in Santorini. Within a short while, the car is out of petrol and we asked him for advice. He was so impolite. When we return to the destined car park,it was full. We ask for advice and he cut the line. Didn’t appear to take the car. No service at all!!!

a bit pricey
Very disappointing, they give me a car without lights, i ask for another but they don’t give it. The agency do not answered on time. Very disrespectful.
The car hadn’t A/C though it was advertised having it. Other than that, the car - a Fiat Panda - was perfect for the island. The leaving of the car at the port was really putting us in difficult circumstances. The parking was full, no one from the company was there. Only a friendly guy from the coast guard and good luck (a car leaving a parking spot) safed us from paying a hefty fine for a parking violation. This is why I wouldn’t really recommend this company.
