Everything was great, Niko brought me car right in front of the doors.
The office personnel was extremely rude. They weren't paying attention to what I was telling over the phone and once they even hung up. The tone used in the sms & emails was unprofessional. They didn't check the car with me when they delivered it upon my arrival & I had to call to inform them that there were scratches at the rear. They instructed me to take pictures of the car instead. Upon departure nobody waited to pick up the car and I was told to leave it unlocked in an open field far away .

Santorini holiday cars was a great experience. I saw a great price on a jeep for the 2 weeks I was there and booked. Because of the longevity of the trip they wrote back saying the jeep was 8 years old and I might not enjoy it for that length of time...I asked if they had a convertible Mini, and the a price was just a little higher. The best decision, as the car was great and seeing the island with the top down is a pure experience. They were upfront with me and that always makes the diiference
Good and relaxing
They had no presence at the airport. No other operator had heard of them. I never received an email confirmation and only had a screenshot of the booking I made. There was no-one at the airport with any sign with my name. No-one contacted me. I had to get a rental vehicle from another operator at the airport. The worst service I have ever received. Will never go on their website again and only use reputable companies.
