Late in picking us up
Car I’ve booked was not available and I paid more for it. They gave me 20 euros discount which is nothing. Asked for support fore the tyre and they told me I was to make it up by my own self. Nothing more to add I think …

The staff was super friendly. The car was old, kind of worn out with 91.000km and very dirty (not superficially, but with stains deeply engrained in the upholstery). The automatic gear box didn’t shift up automatically any more, only down. So, it was a semi-automatic🤣. Also, the breaks were squeaking.

Tuvimos que esperar 1,5 horas en el aeropuerto para conseguir nuestro coche que estaba reservado anteriormente porque aparentemente los clientes anteriores no lo devolvieron a tiempo.
Due to this mistake, they told us they would compensate us by giving a 50€ discount which never happened.
Excellent company. Very friendly staff They delivered the car to our hotel in perfect condition. I will recommend them to everyone.

Poor quality car
We were very pleased and satisfied with the services provided. Also need to point out the the car rental price....which was satisfactory, could say the lowest at that period on the island...the car was better than we ever expected.....All experience was great!!!
