I found it extremely disappointed when I saw the car. Had lots of damages all around the car and the gentleman did not have any of those damages marked on the paper and kept saying "don't worry, I trust you". When I wanted to lock the driver's door, I couldn't even lock the door and again he was saying don't worry it is a very safe island. Then I decided to cancel the car and caused us a lot of inconveniences and had to get a taxi to go to our hotel. I shall never hire again from you.

The car I recieved was not the model that I selected. When I received the car the gas tank was empty and the low fuel warning light was on. There was body damage on every panel. The car looked like it had been in a demolition derby. The seats were stained. There was a terrible sound coming from the engine. The air conditioner blower was making a loud annoying noise and the transmission was slipping. Overall it was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. Steve
At first, we received a car in very poor condition and the AC not working. However, on contacting the company, they promptly replaced our car with a better one. I'm happy with their service.
The service from the agency at checkin and checkout was good. The car I got was different from the car I rented. But the car was in good condition.
