First, it is very difficult for anyone to rent a car at the Santorini port. I met the representative at a cafe, went over the details and then searched all the paring lots for the rental. After I found the car it was great. Upon return, I left the car at the port and emailed in pictures of the car. The drive up and down the port road is difficult.
If can handle these issues, it's a GREAT VALUE.
The car provided was old and in bad shape. Very unsatisfactory. The agency changed the car after a difficult row.
We arrived at the port in Santorini and had a guy waiting for us. Process to get the car was fast and easy. And I got the car I requested. The issue with this company is they gave me a car that had the check engine light on and gave it to me on an empty tank. They told me that I would need to gas up at the nearest gas station and instructed me to put in 30 euro which was way more than I needed.
On top of that the car was very jerky and felt like it was going to break down at anytime.

Overall I was very satisfied. I’ve got a car which was different from the one I’ve ordered, but it was a good car.
