When arriving at the port, nobody was waiting us with a board and our names.
We had to wait 25 minutes on somebody who told us that the car ordered and confirmed was not available.
And to wait 30 minutes on top to be transfered to our hotel withiut the car !
Another car ,even if brand new but smaller, bas been delivered with 1h30 delay. I asked the refunding between the car ordered and the smaller one. I’m still waiting. To follow up...

Before They want me pre paid 20 euro for rezervation with paypal but i mailed with them i said i dont use paypal. Then they made my rezervation. Except this everyrhing was good. There is no problem with staff or car or payment
Representative was waiting for us at the gate and made the process extremely simple. Highly recommend
The agent at the pick up met on the spot decided and said that he does not have the car I have booked. Tried giving me other old cars that were not according to my required specifications. Then left by handing me over to another agency at the location.... Which I could have done pretty much by myself. Extremely poor services and responsibility. No one should rent from them. Instead, there are a lot of agencies at the Santorini Ferry Port for renting a car with good options and prices.
