The staff arrived early at the concierge, but couldn't find our names by only the last name, which is fine as long as they waited till our reservation start time. However they left early so it took another 20 minutes for us to get the car and the staff has to come to the hotel again. It would be better if they could wait a bit longer.
I booked an Smart but they give me a Peugeot 108. I told to everybody to do not reservate with this agency.
A really bad rental-experience. I booked the car in advance. Though the website looked professional, the car was another matter all together. I was charged EUR21 more than the internet-price. The car had several dings and scratches, broken mirrors, and the whole side panel of one of the doors had come of and was loose in the back seat. When driving there was severe noises from the wheel bearings and we decided not to go on any narrow mountain roads, fearing that the breaks might be in sim. cond.
We had a very bad experience.
We asked for a small car that was easier to manage in places with narrow roads, but they gave us a Fiat Dobloo. They suggested us to make an additional insurance to cover any damage to the car, which we did paying € 40 more than the estimate . They told us that a scratch would cost €100 ....and the deductible was 400, 00
When we returned the car there was a scratche in the bumper and we were charged another 80 €
While the staff was friendly the car was delivered with absolutely no gas. The radio did not work. The window did not roll up without manual pushing and assistance and parts of the inside of the car fell off. Air conditioning barely worked on a hot Greek island. My young nephew nicknamed it the “trash car” which was funny. I’ve never rented such a terrible car.
No show, no call, no response when I reached out..

The car was new and very nice to drive, my experience was great.
