We got a car much smaller than we reserved. The agent basically said they only had two cars, both too small for our group. Take your choice.
We rented a standard size car and received a very beat-up small vehicule. The "check engine" light was on from the time we started the car to the time we turned it in. The employee who gave us the car left the premise as soon a he gave us the key and we had no way to report the problem.. We were worried that there would be a problem since the "check engine" light was on during the entire time.

3rd time Using i expected the same service. Sadly not! skip on wheels, massive slashes in the tyres where the rubber had perished! Lots of damage on the outside of the car (which I could of understood) but also rust!!!! I’d never had this in 20 years!! When driving the car to go to the office to complain as the airport rep didn’t care and told me tough! Struggled 2 get into 3rd gear. office also told me tough! Offered me anything 4 next day and then reneged!!! Just wanted what was booked!!
When dropping off the car, the gentleman flagged us down before we reached the designated drop off point (which was quite intimidating) and did not tell us who he was. He then decided that a tiny scratch was our fault and demanded €50 without a receipt. I had to get him to call their office to get a half-arsed email receipt before I handed over any money, and I still dispute that the chip was my fault.
Good choice, we would do it again
The car was from higher group, that I've ordered previously, but it was quite used and old. Great contact with the agency, very helpful staff, and cool price.
Car was not available. It arrived after 1:30 houres of waiting.
Car was excellent. Although a half full drink container was left in car and front windows were very dirty on inside. Other than that was great! Convenient to leave the car at the Port.
