The rental car was not even close to the car type we had rented. It was also old and smaller. When we questioned the size of the car we were told not to worry as long as we can get our luggage in the car. Price was lowered, but that was not what we had wanted. Also, car had NO gas and we were told to get more gas than necessary. Clearly benefiting your car rental company as you end up with more gas than what we were given upon return of the vehicle.
We have choose a car type and received another type. They have promised us to change it the second day, no one shows up. We sent an email requesting the car type we want, till now no one answered our request.

Easiest car rental ever and will definitely recommend. Ivo met us at the airport on time. He gave me very accurate advice about how to get around the island and what to watch out for. The car was exactly as expected and worked great for 4 people.

I did not get the car I ordered. But it was fixed.
Upon return , I was not told where to give car back and the staff was not very friendly. They just said sorry and that was it. Clear information not given.
Waited more than 30 minutes and no service.
