The AC do not working.

Old car. Air conditioner did not work. GPS failed, good thing is they redunded that. Overpriced for the car they gave us. Never again

The only thing I didn’t really like is that they do not fill the car up with gas beforehand. Other than that, they are communicative, friendly and easy to work with.

John delivered and picked up our car making it very convenient and easy for tired travelers. The staff that I spoke with on the phone were also great. We would absolutely rent from Santorini Holiday Cars again. You made our days on the island much better, thank you!

The same day we received the car in our hotel, within the next few hours we got a flat Tyre. We immediately called the agency and the person we talked was extremely rude to us. The only thing that kept repeating was that since we have received the car any damage is on us and there is nothing they could do, not even send a replacement car. We should solve it ourselves. After persisting they send a freelance who charged us 60€ for replacing the tyre.
