all ok - technical issue day 2 with vehicle but staff soon on hand and fixed it
We were welcomed at the port with name board so it was easy to spot them. The contract process was done quickly. The person was very courteous and informative. Would highly recommend.

The car was old and in bad shape. The petrol in the car was nearly empty. I almost got gased out on the highway. The staffs didn't seem to care.
