Car ok.
The car was old and in bad shape. The petrol in the car was nearly empty. I almost got gased out on the highway. The staffs didn't seem to care.

Everything great. We had to wait a bit at the airport and to call the agency to have our car, this is the only negative aspect.

Was a bit hesitant as read some negative reviews online, but the quoted rate was far better than elsewhere so decided to give Holiday Car Rentals a try. And really glad I did! Ivo waited for me at the airport upon arrival. The car was in great shape and I was out and about in no time. Very accommodating, even allowed me to keep the car a few extra hours for a small surcharge. Couldn't asked for more - great value and service (used the CDW included with my CC, didn't purchase additional coverage)
