The car was a bit older than expected and the engine light was on when picked up
It was all good and helpful staff .
After we paid and signed the contract, we were handed the keys to a car with an empty tank and were told they "hoped" we would be able to make it to the gas station. This after I asked for a bit of leeway given we were charged an extra day for having the car for an extra hour.
This is the worst rental cars company you can ever have in your life. They have given us a broken car and the driver door did not open. They chased us to the hotel twice and they were super rude with us. I do not recommend at all and i really want to sue them.
The agent and his aproach was terrible, even offensive. Booked a car for 4 days and after coming 30 min late the agent wanted to force me to pay some taxes that are shown on your website as " optional ". Speaking about the drop off, your agent told me that he does not want to pick up the car at the hour i wanted since the office is closed untill 0800 ( my flight was 0800 ) eventrough on your website is written " drop off 24/7 ".

We thought we would have a bigger car for all our luggage but the boot ended up being just the right size to squeeze it all in. They were very accommodating being that we ended up needing the car longer due to whether not allowing us to leave the island.
