I subscribed an insurance for accidents, the last day I was hitten by another vehicle in a parking area, the damage was little, but in the insurance there were 400 € threshold, they took this money from my credit card, saying that they would give the exceeding money back with the final invoice...I'm still waiting!!!!

I asked them for a refund for returning the car one day earlier, the agency did not even bother with a reply - Santorini mass tourism behaviour not hungry to leave positive experience for potential repeat customers - the car was in a shitty condition - cannot recommend this agency :(

Very prompt reply and contact from the company on reservations. Could do better by briefing on the vehicle features and operation at pick up. Car was also quite dirty upon pick up.
