Great agency, helpful and kind.
There was a mix-up regarding the reservation. The staff never replied to me to confirm the rental dates and then blamed me for the confusion. They took my deposit but I NEVER got a car from them. When I arrived in Santorini they were not there. I called three times and then someone finally called back and told me that I needed to take a taxi to my hotel and come back in the morning. NOT okay. This is the worst car service that I have ever worked with. Took my money but no car.
Reliable company nice simple cooperation
Communication was quite poor, had a few questions that weren’t answered before our arrival. Was promised an automatic car which didn’t show up. Gas empty to bring back empty is not a good option!
The car we were given had problems with the air conditioning. As soon as I flagged this, Santorini Car Rental sorted it out straight away by giving us a different car. Very happy with the service and their flexibility.
Great experience, car was as described and made our holiday much easier. Only slight downside was the visa machine wasn’t working when we collected the vehicle, so the balance of our payment had to be made with cash which we weren’t expecting. Apart from that, very happy customer and would happily recommend and use this company again.
