On time all the time. Fully satisfied.
After paid and waiting the car in the point, the car doesn't appeared and I have to call 30 minutes later to listen that the car was unavaliable and and a "so sorry, we had problems and we will refund you."
Okay, but my commitments? The person that were with me? Terrible service. Never again.
the worst rental agency we have ever seen.
there was no one at the delivery of the vehicle. The tank was empty, below the zero level of the gauge. the car was rotten, no water in the radiator, no oil in the engine. We broke down and we had to get angry so that we could come and help us out. We were promised another car for the next day, but no one came. We had to go to the agency and get angry for a replacement vehicle.
to summarize: no professionalism, liars and the limit of the scam.

Pick up at time, easy to rent, and not expensive. Good value
The staff were very unhelpful, I was not given a recipept of payment or the necessary paperwork at pick up and had to chase them for it. The car in question had a dent and our friends car had a defective clutch. The child car seat was not secured properly and I had to do this myself also. I got the feeling the staff were not interested in sorting out queries or problems.
