We didn’t get the car we were quoted for - we were quoted for a 4 seater Peugeot Cabrio 108 and received a 2 seater smart car. This led me to believe we over paid. When we arrived onsite there were hidden fees of 10 euros per day extra for insurance. I wish these fees were provided up front. Returning the car was difficult because the lot was full. It would have been nice if there was a designated return parking area.
The rental agency didn't came to the airport, the car booked in advance was not available.
I waited more than an hour and they told me to see another car company with rates twice higher.
Would definitely not recommend this company.

Even though i have made a last minute reservation, they didn’t reply to me until i’ve emailed them. After waiting one our for the representative, they emailed me appologizing and saying that they didn’t have more cars. No contact with me until i email them. Never seen before. Horrible company. If you dont have availability, just mention it in your website, dont let people waiting for you. Never gona recomend this company to anyone

While the staff member was waiting when our plane arrived, we had to wait for 40 minutes while he helped someone else, and we almost got locked out of our hotel. The hotel closed at 11pm and was kind enough wait for us to arrive since it took almost an hour to get the car. THEN I was forced to pay cash for additional insurance, even though I tried telling the gentlemen that I had insurance with my card. I would NEVER rent a car from this company angain.
