I was very satisfied with this service
While the staff member was waiting when our plane arrived, we had to wait for 40 minutes while he helped someone else, and we almost got locked out of our hotel. The hotel closed at 11pm and was kind enough wait for us to arrive since it took almost an hour to get the car. THEN I was forced to pay cash for additional insurance, even though I tried telling the gentlemen that I had insurance with my card. I would NEVER rent a car from this company angain.
Car and service was smooth and without any trouble.
DO NOT rent from Santorini Holiday Cars. The car could not be started after the first 30-minute drive from port to Fira and several-hour parking. Then after the company changed the battery, I drove the car for the second time (~ 20-minute drive) and could not start it again after several-hour parking in Oia. So the car broke twice in
We had fantastic service, especially as we pulled into the airport and our guy was right behind us! We didn't even have to park for them to pick up the car.
Agent wasn't aware of payment made. Vehicle had cosmetic damage, but worked perfectly.

Do not rent from this guy.he is rude.he is so sorry for the world but foolish.we wanted to rent a cabrio vehicle.he had said us that he had it available ... when we arrived he said us that he will give us other car for 1 day and he will change it ... but he never did... he called him back the next day and he said us excuses.but trust me he is so rude he doesn't have ethics and education... he was shouting us and he gave us a car that doesn't even appears in the site.SO DON'T RENT FROM HIM
The person who bring us the car was very professional, but the person to whom we delivered the car after our 3 days, was very pushy and hurried us to bring the car at the airport (the place we choose for the end point) earlier that we had in our invoice. He even told us that he was expecting for us 30 minutes, even if we agreed to deliver the car at 13:05, and we arrived at 12:35. Beside all these, there was a pleasant experience with the car, and we recommend your agency for the fair prices.
Fantastic service straight to the kastelli resort and just ease of the whole process. Will deffonently use when we return.
