The car was very old. The doors were not locking. I would not recommend this agency.

Overall satisfied. One thing I would like to mention is that during the online reservation process you should notify customers you only take cash but credit cards. On the website it is mentioned that both cash and credit cards are acceptable. However they take my credit card number only for deposit, and required me to pay by cash. This unexpected cash payment made me short of cash during my trip.

there was a technical problem in the car. when i increased the speed it didn't react properly.
The only problem that we has is that the tires were slippery going up-hill sometimes. All the passengers got to get out of the car to be able to go up the hill.
I arrived a day after because of a flight cancelation and i still got charge for 7 days instead of 6
Rental experience was great. They were able to meet me dispute the multiple change in my flight details due to flight delay.
