Cy have responded regarding the confirmation of the reservation of "One day less". If the contract that was signed has a different information this was an error from your side and it should not be supported by me. I kindly request a refound of one day less (€46.47) to my CCard, according to my previosly email regarding the Dropoff Date (confirmed by you). NO response after 2

Rental went as smooth as possible
I would like to get a written confirmation from the Company that car we rented was OK when returned. It is very practical for us just to leave it at the airport, but it feels very unsafe to leave it With the keys inside.
1. Agent came 40 minutes later do deliver the car
2. There was no chance ti inspect the car (agent left immediately)
3. Tank was almost empty
4. Agency charged 10 euros more than initial quote
5. Agency did not answer on emails or SMS with explanation with overcharge
Stay away from this agency
