The staff was not aware that I have paid €30 deposit and that I have already bought the insurance. So, he almost charged me twice the amount. I hope the staff in the future will be aware of all these details before charging the customers. On the other hand, the car was okay. Just that the tyre seems a bit worn out. So, i suggest it should be changed for safety. All in all, it's great.
Great experience, no fuss, no nonsense!
Car was relatively new (3500 miles) and in great condition (except for missing back window which was explained and disclosed on arrival). Polite service, even when our first credit card was declined.
Car was very cheap to hire and arrived early, but was very dirty and damaged - you pay for what you get ... ? Hire irm took days to collect the car (which was very strange ...).
Fast, easy, no hassle
They met us at the airport, earlier than we initially planned, and the pickup process was quick and easy! The car was no frills, but worked fine, and was a great price! And the car seat for baby was free!
The rep and car were waiting for me at the airport upon arriving. I forgot to put gas in my car upon return so the representative drove with me to the gas station and filled the tank to save me money. I was so appreciative of the wonderful service and feel they went above and beyond.
The car was slow in the slopes.
All good,but probably would have been better, if a more detailed process had been followed on pick up and return. There was no checking of the car with the agent for any damage and no proper documentation
The stuff was in a rush, even we paid extra for late pick up, the quality of this kind of "service" was poor. The car was in a bad condition.
