The first car given to us had a mechanical problem. As soon as I found out about it I called, the company changed it straight away with a very good car. However, the behavior of the person who gave us the car was rude and arrogant.
We arranged for a car to be delivered at 8.30am and they didnt come till 9am. In the end due to they didnt have the car we booked they give us another car and we had to pay the same price.The staff said we didnt need to refill the tank on return and said that there was enough gas to take us to the place we need but the tank was empty we had to fill it up ourselvs even though we were late to attend a wedding. Bad timing, not the car we booked and had to fill tank ourslves it was given to us empty

We pre-paid to reserve a specific car (convertible citroen) and they only had a much worse car available (old smart). He did take some money off but we wanted the experience that we reserved and it was ruined.
The rental agent did not disclose to me that the car had a broken rear window. When I realized that shortly after pulling out from the car park, I called him and asked for a replacement car. My request was not honored.
Car in bad condition (mechanically and visually). Seems like a fraud as they just tried to bill my card 180 dollars without cause.
