Horrible car, difficult to find people waiting for us to pick up car. No payment with credit card allowed
Overall good!
I had the unfortunate experience of renting a convertible to be handed a compact vehicle by an unapologetic representative. When I stated that I reserved the car well in advance and paid extra for the convertible he replied "you didn't pay THAT much extra. This is the car, you want it?". 25 Euro extra on a two day rental is enough to merit a complaint, given I had no options at 7:30 am I had to take the car given. Sadly, I would not rent here again and suggest to my friends to look elsewhere.

The rented car was a bit dull, the rear trunk did not close, the horn did not work, the radio antenna was missing, but overall I was quite satisfied
We booked a Nissan van but were given a Fiat instead. The Fiat had major issues with the clutch where it was sticking and it actually was very dangerous. We requested to change vehicles but our request was denied. We won't be using this company again.
Rented Fiat 500 convertable. Santorini Holidays Cars took Credit Card deposit then claimed at the airport collection to only be able to take cash for remainder - complete lies. The fiat car was a mess before renting , scratched on every panel, missing front wheel hub cap, dirty outside and the whole car interior was covered in dirt. This car need to be panel repaired - needed a new hub cab , a proper clean outside and inside before r ring to people like me. The car company are con men.
Everything good with pick up/drop off but the car was in terrible condition. Engine made weard noises, lights not working, engine light blinking plus the gas tank was empty so was stressed till we found a gas station. That was by far the worst car I have ever driven.
