I wanted to expand my reservation for two more days and the staff was more than willing to satisfy my and help me.
we booked a cabrio peugeot, however they gave us another car which wasn't cabrio.
if you say something or similar, it should be in a similar category...not something different at all.
I was very unhappy, I would never book with this company, even not recommend them to anyone else.

The rate could have been lower. The car was in good condition.
Car was not ready for pick-up on time and i had to wait extra 8 hours to get the car, i was happy they brought the car to me and they made return very easy.
The car was not in good condition. The left door and the left window did not close properly
Overall, it worked out well without problems.
