The car a fiat panda was in very good conditions, also if it wasn’t the car i booked for it has been very nice with air conditioning and in good mechanical state

Great company to deal with. I was apprehensive at first since I found the company randomly on the internet. It would offer certified payment methods instead of PayPal. I was reluctant to pay over deposit on that platform and thus was not sure if my booking was secured prior to arrival

We had booked a VW Polo on their website. As a free option we ask the car delivery at our hotel. The driver and the car arrive 1 hour late, with no apologize. The magnificent yellow Polo in the photo had been transformed overnight into an old, dented, rusty Nissan Micra. Too small for our needs (3 adults, 3 suitcases and 3 backpacks). To the question: this car is not of the same category as the one reserved, and cannot suit us. The answer was: I can give you a discount on the price. AVOID
