They was very rude because we give back the car with 1 hours later. I mean , everythings can happen .. Traffic jam or some problems. I dont think one hours later is a big iusse expecialy in vacation time . They charge 50 euro for delay and staff was very rude and inappropiate.
Its clear that they rent cars without taking care to be sure to have it. Any how car was good.. May be little bit dirty but ok.. Pickup at hotel was good, also if i asked first time to be pickedup at airport.
Having reserved a car weeks prior, and reminded Santorini Holiday Cars about our booking a few days before, we arrived at the airport in Santorini expecting someone to meet us, as arranged.
We waited outside the airport in the heat for half an hour and then called the number on the reservation slip when we were told they were running late.
When we had waited another half hour, we rang Santorini Holiday Cars again to be told that they didn't have a car for us!
So we had to get a taxi!
I'm satisfied with the vehicle and delivery system.
But the staff tried to get more money and give service which I did not want such as full time insurance or delivery pay.
Excellent service, top quality!
This agency sucks! They neither sent the correct car or answer the phone!!
The price and requested vehicle was as I requested. However, the trash of previous customer was just as there were, and washer water was empty.
We rented with Santorini Car Rental. I had some concerns because of some bad reviews but we received the correct car which functioned fine during our trip. The only issues were a delay in getting the car and the picking up of the car at the airport. The car also had no gas which i had to fill up right away. I made sure i left more gas than i received for the next person. Ligos staff were nice and friendly during the process and offered us good directions.
The car we received was not clean inside and outside and the A/C was broken. We know your environment is dusty but it's not a reason to rented cars in this condition! We are very disappointed! We paid the big price, and its' not a way to treat your costumer!!!. For you information we rented a car in Naxos the day after, and the car was sparky clean.
On this, it could be respectful to offer us a discount on our rental!

This is not a professional company, who received me didn't use properly clothes to identify the company, poor English, and for my surprise, when I arrived at the Airport around mid night, the person says... We don't have the car booked, we have this car, a Small Smart... This is a ridiculous situation, really frustration but we keep going and enjoyed our time in the island. This kind of people should be removed from the market
