The car was a bit old and the air condition was not efficient. I received a nissan micra instead of a fiat panda which was advertised.

Attempted to cancel reservation with 48+ hours notice (had to cancel due to a change in cruise ship itinerary) however the car rental company would not refund me my full amount. Very poor customer service in that regard.
The car was not clean at all.

As a general practice I was expected to pay with credit card instead of cash
Confirmed with car A. One day before arriving indicates that car A is not available and only a smaller tiny car is available. Not the best way of doing business. No reason no rationale.
Got the Nissan micra, car was ok, although engine service light was on, and clearly needed servicing.
Waited at ferry terminal, by the time showed up and got car took about 1 hour. Should have taken 10 minutes.
