The roads of the island are terrible.
The car was very noisy and poor to handle! The ac was really noisy (faulty compressor maybe) so you either had to suffer the loud noise or turn off the ac and open the windows)
It was in general a nice experience, only two things we thought could be better:
1. Address to the main offices is not correct, we tried to return the car at Kamari and we couldn't reach the offices with the listed address, and since it was before 9 there was no answer to our calls.
2. Return location should be changed to "new port - Athinios" instead of "Santorini old port in Fira", this was misleading and caused us troubles to return the car.

we ask by email confirmation for rent a suzuki jimmy they arrive half hour to late and with a nissan micra after 1 day dashboard indicated a problem motor they dont take i serious and the day after only 10 tel they take the car back and they confirm that there is a problem with the motor!!! they give us an oldy_a_t_i_18@hotmail.com nissan micra 160000km with to small peumatic !! since 20 y in greece never saw this!!!!! I NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL THIS OFFI E THEY ARE REALLY NOT SERIOUS!!!

It was the best experience we have ever had. The car was better than the one we ordered and price was the lowest from all other agencies in Santorini. The service was excellent and very professional. There was one guy at the airport awaiting us in order to explain everything.
We were very satisfied and will prefer 100% again to rent a car from Santorini Holiday Cars.
