When we rented the car the guy who gave us the car was a bit unfriendly.

Overall experience was very good! They agreed to change my return time as I had to change flights. Only problem is that there is not enough parking space in the airport's parking lot, which of course is not the company's fault. But it can be stressful roaming around to find a parking spot and then catch a flight (queues in Santorini airport can be very long in the summer).
The car was a day late and not the car advertised,IT arrived withe an empty tank and I was told to put 25€ in ,we only had the car for 2 days so only put 20€ in and still returned the car with best part of half a tank ! The reduction in price did not reflect having the car only 2 days out of 3.The car was also 2 hours late being picked up

Staff of agency was very polite waiting outside A/P arrivals with a signage.

May be a good idea to explain better o clients how the pickup and return work. Was a bit confusing.
