sono stati gentili , puntuali corretti, prezzi giusti.
No proble at all, all smooth. The only comment about car that was a little old (radio display not readble), but working fine.
The car (Nissan Micra) was in a bad shape, engine noises, not very clean, hatch didn't hold up, right power windows didnt work, rear seat belt broken (safety issue!)

Tuvimos un poco de dificultad en la comunicación ya que la persona que hizo la entrega, no hablaba ni entendía español, por lo cual, con la muy buena disposición de él y el esfuerzo nuestro por entender, pudimos utilizar el vehículo en forma correcta y devolverlo en el aeropuerto con las indicaciones que nos dio.
Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia con Santorini Holidaycars!!! Muy recomendable

Did not expect that we would be obligatory charged for insurance, though our credit card company already told us they would ensure our rental car. We were not given a choice to turn down the insurance.
The staff member must have been tired and overworked because he didn't seem in a good mood. As far as the car, it was in a pretty bad state, the engine light was on, the gear handle was falling apart and the car seats were very dirty.
