The service of the enterprise was exceptional, prices were great, and customer service was also great. We decided to rent last minute and the morning we ordered online an hour later the car was at our hotel for us.

We rented a fiat panda and we’re not given this car…got a smart car instead even after we asked for the car we paid for. On the last day of the rental the car broke down completely and we were left with no car at all. Absolutely terrible. Would never revommend
Great company. It was a last minute rental and the employee met us where we were at, instead of going to their rental center. Highly accommodating and good service.
The person at pick-up was kind and helpful. However, the vehicle was worse than the one requested (Requested: Fiat Panda with off-road capabilities, Received: Fiat 500 with weaker engine, struggling up-hill). When we encountered an issue with the car and called the company, the person at the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. Fortunately, a different person, who was very understanding, handled subsequent communications. Overall the experience was ruined due to poor service and Fiat 500.

The car was old , 55k kilometers driven for a small island that’s a lot. They said 24x7 assistance but no one answered the calls at night.
