The car was new, half a tank of fuel, the rep made sure everything was OK before leaving us.

All went smooth, picked up the car in front of the hotel at the discussed time. Fuel was full, car had no functional issues.
Excellent service and professional staff
the car was delivered dirty, with a bad smell inside, of an outdated model and with absolutely insufficient air conditioning and therefore unusable. As mechanics, the car had a faulty clutch and low idling (number of revolutions). The return was carried out without the assistance of personnel, i.e. the car was left open and with the keys inside at the point indicated by the agency: the sending of emails with photographs was requested by us, which could create problems for the size of the photos.
