Staff was kind, helpful and clear in explaining details.
Car model was old and consumed in some functional parts: clutch, parcel shelf. However it worked properly during the rental period.
In the reservation form I asked and paid for a full tank, while I received an half-full tank.
In the confirmation mail it was written that a representative would have been waiting outside the arrival area, while I found no one and I needed to call them to arrange a meeting point.
Don't ever book from this website. I made a reservation 1 month before to avoid the stress of that moment and not only they didn't bring me the car but they didn't even give me any money to drink. Also, when I contacted them, they told me that they didn't receive any money from me and insulted me, telling me that I blocked from another website and not from theirs
They are scammers and ruined my vacation leaving me hanging.
All ok. Only still waiting for an answer as I asked via mail if anything was ok about the way and where I left the car, by instruction received. But nobody answered.
We were happy with our car and with the pick-up and return.

We would not recommend this company. There was great confusion about when the car would be delivered - they asked if we wanted it earlier than the booking and we said yes but then we had to wait around for it longer than we expected. The car was scratched and banged up and the USB charging port never worked. The AC was substandard. Later we were charged an arbitrary 150 euros for a further scratch we don't believe was our fault. No proof, no estimate - just a charge. Probably a scam! Avoid!

Very quick to help, meet you at the airport, reliable... it's a pity that the car received was a model older than 10 years and with some small malfunctions (outside rear-view mirrors with broken adjustment and dysfunctional driver's airbag) having considering the promptness and the payment made quickly through paypal and without a credit card guarantee, it is a company that I recommend....a tip to follow...the car park should be improved because the safety of the passengers is important.
