I sent comments about my rental experience in an e-mail: support@carrentalexpress.com, there is not enough space here.
Due to climate change I don’t intend to fly again which is why I wouldn’t rent again. It was an old car which was perfect for the bumpy Santorini roads.
The car was not what we booked. It made a squealing sound that continued as we drove it and chugged up hills. We were not given a choice just told what we were given with 15$ off!
Very good company. They help us to take our bags to the hotel and back to the port.

We asked for confirmation that the rental company can deliver the car at the port before we confirmed the booking, to be surprised the day of the rental that we need to take the cable car and pay an additional 36 Euros and then walk for ten minutes to reach the bus station where we waited for 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. The car was in a very bad situation contrary to the promise to get a new and well maintained vehicle. It was half filled with gas which makes it difficult to return same

Everything was so good. We recieved the car in time in our hotel, it was very confortable.
