We asked for confirmation that the rental company can deliver the car at the port before we confirmed the booking, to be surprised the day of the rental that we need to take the cable car and pay an additional 36 Euros and then walk for ten minutes to reach the bus station where we waited for 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. The car was in a very bad situation contrary to the promise to get a new and well maintained vehicle. It was half filled with gas which makes it difficult to return same

Everything was so good. We recieved the car in time in our hotel, it was very confortable.

The overall rental experience and vehicle were as expected. Just two issues I want to mention:
- The cigarette lighter socket was not working and I could not charge my phone while driving
- It is unacceptable / unsecure / illegitimate to give your card to the staff so they can write (with a pen on paper) the card details.
Old cars, we had to wait for our car, staff was a bit weird as they asked me if I know how to drive that car, when I was just standing at corner to see if I‘m allowed to drive there or not
We were picked up at the hotel 20 min later. We offered Kia picanto and got Nissan Micra. The air conditioning cooled very poorly and the left light bulb did not light up.
