The overall rental experience and vehicle were as expected. Just two issues I want to mention:
- The cigarette lighter socket was not working and I could not charge my phone while driving
- It is unacceptable / unsecure / illegitimate to give your card to the staff so they can write (with a pen on paper) the card details.
Old cars, we had to wait for our car, staff was a bit weird as they asked me if I know how to drive that car, when I was just standing at corner to see if I‘m allowed to drive there or not
We were picked up at the hotel 20 min later. We offered Kia picanto and got Nissan Micra. The air conditioning cooled very poorly and the left light bulb did not light up.

Fiz uma alteração na reserva, por um veículo de gama superior, e estavam entrando o veiculo de gama mais baixa pelo preço de gama mais alta. Depois deram um veículo com muito desgaste exterior e interior.
