With prior communication in place we were expecting to be able to pick up our reserved car when we arrived. When no one showed up to take us to Santorini Holiday Cars office, someone called them to find our that 'our' car would not be available for several hours as the previous renter had not yet returned it. Fortunately, we were able to secure another car from another dealer. Santorini Holiday Cars were very nice to work with and immediately refunded my deposit. I would try to use them aga
