great! Vigilies was very nice
The only negative was not knowing that the insurance for the car did not include any damage to the car (only other cars). This is unlike other car rentals I've used, so meant I had to pay the extra insurance (normally I don't buy the extra insurance as my travel insurance covers the excess payable if there is an accident). It would have been good if this was more clear when booking on the website. Otherwise, was a great rental experience! Thank you!

I was never told about the meeting point, it took me half an hour to meet the car rental person, he was angry at me.
The amount of the deposit and that it wasn't included in the initially paid fee was surprising.
Appreciate having the flexibility and being able to drop off the car in different locations.
