1: on the phone one price (full insured) , reality +12eur and not fully insured
2: on the phone no deposit , reality 800 eur deposit

The car was great, and we really appreciated the flexible drop-off, even if we ended-up having to pay extra for it.
We were surprised to have to pay cash and not with credit card. IT should have been specified when we booked the car.
